Fast! This tiny Dunkies can be crowded, but they can clear out a line of 5-6 people in no time. How do they do it? First, the workers are extremely competent, a rarity at Dunk's. Plus, they pride themselves on remembering customers' previous orders and preparing them in advance, sometimes when you are still third or fourth in line. Nice people, too!

Awful. They have wasted so much of my time fixing orders they've screwed up... Monday they accidentally deleted my food order, and I spoke up after people who ordered after me left with their completed food orders... five wasted minutes. today I walked in and one of them remembered me and apologized and assured me that it wouldn't happen again... but yes they screwed up my order anyway. Five more minutes wasted. They spend too much time talking and goofing around, they aren't focused on the task at hand. Never going back.
